Be a part of Copenhagen's growth

Copenhagen is growing. The city is expected to grow by 100,000 inhabitants by 2025, and the new residents will require both a place to live and a job.

CPH City & Port Development develops and sells some of Copenhagen's most attractive sites. All the sites are located centrally in Copenhagen, with good infrastructure and public transport. The possibilities to achieve a pleasant living environment, both within and between buildings, is greatly improved by ensuring a good balance between commercial and residential buildings, and also by mixing the types of housing. Many of the buildings and common areas in the new urban districts have already won awards for architecture and urban planning.

When you deal with CPH City & Port Development, you are dealing with one of the largest development companies in Denmark. We follow up every new district, from the development phase to the completed neighbourhood. We also provide the infrastructure and ensure that there is room for further development, even after the businesses and residents have moved in.

Status of site sales in the Århugade quarter

All sites for residential purposes in the Århusgade quarter have been allocated, while there are a few remaining sites for business.

Some building sites are reserved for the coming years as workplaces for the Metro construction, while other sites are already occupied by existing structures that must be preserved in their current form, or may perhaps be renovated at a later data and used for new purposes.

Parking in the future inner nordhavn

The development plan for the Århusgade quarter envisages establishing up to 1,900 parking spaces, where at least 90% will be established in centrally located car parks. A maximum of 10% of the parking spaces (equivalent to 190 spaces), which will be permanently placed at street level, are assumed to be intended for free short-term parking (up to 30 minutes).

The first parking garage in the Århusgade quarter is expected to be completed in 2016. The carpark will be built on Lüdersvej. The other two carparks in the area will be built at a later date.
