CPH City & Port Development rents out attractive building sites and commercial premises. There are leases available in several of the company's development areas - including Søndre Frihavn and Inner Nordhavn.

CPH City & Port Development has about 678 leases, spread over 254 building leases, 182 land area leases and 242 water area leases. The vast majority of these leases are located in Nordhavn.

It is a requirement in Nordhavn and Frihavn that the tenant's business must be port-related.

CPH City & Port Development only has commercial leases and does not rent out private residences:

The port's largest single tenant is Copenhagen Malmö Port (CMP), which operates port and terminal activities in Copenhagen and Malmö. CPH City & Port Development is also landlord to a number of other transportation and logistics companies, such as the large haulage business Anco-trans/Anders Nielsen & Co. and the international shipping company Svitzer from the A.P. Møller Maersk Group.
